Run My Brief licenses interactive check-in cards, review routing tools, and snag notification webhooks to trade businesses. By deploying our links, cards, or QR gateways on job sites or invoices, you agree to these operational terms.
// 2. Third-Party Platform Policies
Our gateway directs customers to third-party review endpoints (such as Google Business Profile and Google Local Services). Clients remain solely responsible for ensuring their customer engagement adheres to all applicable third-party platform terms and consumer protection rules.
// 3. Dispatch & Snag Delivery
Private feedback cards are provided to facilitate immediate resolution of customer issues. While our webhook engines transmit snag payloads in real time, client dispatch teams are responsible for monitoring their notification destinations and resolving homeowner tickets.
// 4. Limitation of Liability
Run My Brief provides software infrastructure to triage feedback and streamline review collection. We do not guarantee specific Google Maps ranking positions, review quantities, or customer sentiment ratings.
